Here in Northern Nevada, we've finally got the kind of weather I dream about. Blue skies, sun shine, light winds ( not the gale force that drive the sand and dust from the fields down the street). Temps in the high 70's to low 80's.

It's almost begging us to load the camp gear and head out to anywhere.

We've decided to take advantage of the Memorial Day Week-end and head out to Wall Canyon. A kinda hard to get to place outside of Gerlach,Nevada.

Forget the R.V's, they'd never survive the little road/creek-bed that you have to maneuver thru and around to get to Wall Canyon.

We're gonna load the tent and other camp gear into the truck, along with the quad, and have a great week-end.

There is a small reservoir there that has some good size trout and bass. With any luck, we'll have some in the pan one morning for breakfast!!

Until later
