Thanks for adding me as a friend. My husband and I camp quite often with our two children. Mostly in California, but we have a few long distance trips planned for the near future. Yosemite is probably our favorite place to go, as a matter of fact we'll be there in a few weeks. I love riding, but don't get to do it as much as I would like anymore. It's all about the kids right now. All the best on your pending arrival; I can only imagine the excitement you must be feeling. Take care.

I would love to be able to take my horses out, but one is retired and the other is a young jumper and not at all suitable for trails.

I just joined, just like you! Apparently we are the site's first few members. I added an application -- "Status" -- so that we can all write general short messages to the group, kind of like Twitter.
If you want to add it too, look under "Add Applications" on your "My Page" right under your photo, then add the application "Status" (should be on the second page). Let me know if you add anything else. I'd like to know the group-type applications others add.
Some of us are also adding the ParaChat app so we can talk in real time. It's on page 6 of the applications.
Be sure to check out the groups by state and join any that interest you.
