Polish Style Hobo Dinners
In heavy foil, place a 1/4 Polska Kielbasa, 1/4 can (or bag) of sauerkraut, some small new red taters, sprinkle with a little caraway seed and add a pat of butter. When you can crush the potatoes easily with your tongs through the tinfoil, you know they're done, serve with some good rye bread, warmed over the fire on a stick.
