Hi everyone, I am hoping that someone can give me some input about an expedition that I have planned to Ecuador. I am leaving the begining of August for a couple of months and have yet to decide which volunteer program to use. I am looking at two; #1-Merazonia, #2-Eco volunteer up. If anyone has any experience with either of these to programs or can suggest a cheap alternative, please please please let me know. Anyway, I have a client/friend that always uses the Adventure Travel Company and he has great trips all over the world with them. He traveled to Thailand & Patagonia this year with them. He hasn't done any of the volunteer programs, but it is a very well run organization according to him, so I wouldn't be afraid to try them. Small groups and intimate trips with lots of local interaction.
