I'm somewhat familiar with Limoges - the general area - as I lived in Bordeaux for a year. To think that there is enough raw land to teach a survival course on is both surprising and wonderful.
You might want to advertise in Germany for students, as I know Tom Brown, Jr. gets quite a few students that fly all the way to the U.S. to take survival courses from him. I think German students like the fact that Tom was taught by a Native American & has a Native American viewpoint in what he teaches. For some reason, Germans tend to be into Indians.
