www.forestriverinc.com & the trailers are under Lite Weight Trailers. Go down to Flagstaff & look at floorplans for Micro Lite. Rockwood has the same trailer but listed as Mini & Mini Lite.
Hi - I went to that site but there were a lot of different lines, and I never found a micro-mini. Can you please give me a more specific link to go to? Or the name of the line it is in? Thanks.
We are looking to down size & found a micro-mini made by Forestriver that might be the one. It has bunkbeds as well as a full bed. Since we don't have little ones we will remove the bunks & use that space for storage & it is light…
I don't think our dogs have gotten it. I would still use soap & water. Soap takes oil off your hands, why not poison ivy oils? Is it different? I really don't know.
Camping in NC my husband would take the dogs for a walk up a hill where there are black berries. He would pick one for himself & pick a few for the dogs. Well, the dogs decided they could pick there own faster. They get into the thick of the…
What do you do when the dogs get into it & you don't know it? That is a retorical question. They rub against my legs & that is where it starts. So bad one year I had a nasty scar all summer & every time the dogs came up to me I…
ROFLMAO is Rolling On Floor Laughing My A** Off. BTW, (By The Way) Where DO we look these up? I know there has to be a website for them. I only know the ones I know because someone has told me.
Oh Sandra, you should know we girls are independent. I know John solo camped but it would be him & his truck. I solo camped on my motorcycle to the west coast & back to IL & then to the east coast where I met him. Of course we met on…
I did lots of solo camping by motorcycle. Loved being able to sight see what I wanted & didn't need to keep anyone else happy. I was on a trip around the south eastern part of the states when I stayed at the KOA in Savannah. I hadn't…

Princess has the pink nose, too, was born with it all black but as it turned pink down the middle, a black birthmark also became prominent on her tongue and we said she licked the black off her nose. We, too, were told to be careful with her in the sun, same reason, so must be something to it, so...sunscreen or nose hat? Such smart dogs, too. Tell her 'stay outa the mud' and she 90 degree turns. Goes on the opposite side of a tree from me while on leash and I say, 'think about it, Princess' and she comes around to my side the correct way...camping, around the fire, we face the fire, she faces away, watching our backs while we've got hers...and we camp in bear country. Camped in a bear's breakfast while canoeing in Canada's White Otter Wilderness above the Boundary Waters on our honeymoon. Saw 3 people in 5 days!!! Saw moose and calf, paddled alongside a beaver I coulda whopped with the paddle over the head...
A couple years ago we did a 12 fishing trip to some of the S.P. w/ John's Bro. We went to Lake Millwood, White Oaks, Moro Bay, & Lake Chicot. The guys rented boats or canoes while I walked the trails. Lake Chicot was a good place for fishing but not for walking. The mosquitos are awful. All year long from what we were told. But then again it is in the Delta area of AR. We hope to do a little more camping. Talking about going to AL this year, too. Taking the senic route back.
I with you on the paying to dig in the heat. We have never been there. Cane Creek is about 12 miles from our house. We live in the same town though. It is just not fun to go camp at home. Cane Creek is though a wonderful park to tour during the month of October. When there is nothing going on else where that is always alot going on @ Cane Creek that month , the park will be full..
Just joined April 26, 2009. We have a 34' Georgetown. Each of us were tenters when we met & have done it since we ave had the RV. Have to get back to our roots. We travel w/ 5 dogs now & Hubby wants to bring the cat, too. Soon we will be towing a trailer w/ all the animals he wants. Just kidding. Did very little camping last year because of gas prices. Hope to do more this year. Wishing you all safe adventures as you go along.
The Tech Blanket from Thermarest is a great piece of gear when it comes to hammock camping. The system was meant for the ground but it works great in a hammo...
