dutch oven cooking is fun anything that you can bake at home you can cook in dutch oven 1994 I was in Phlimont NM we cook 16 apple cobbers at the same time 4 in Stack with each other

try baking pototas in mud take potota place mud about inch thick around place in coals for about 1 hour the mud hardens like hard clay take a shovel or hammer to knock the the mud place buttr on inside BOY11 it is good

go to Hendensonville NC in the Mountains about 25 miles away from Ashevile NC go to Dupont State Forest for hiking trails also go to Jump Off Rock in Henedersonvile NC was there this past weekend

Cane Creek Park in Waxhax NC is good place to camp

Stone Mountain Park is good place for camping hiking fishing about 2 -3 hours away from Charlotte depending on the traffic your head up I- 77 up to Sparta NC off 21 toward Wilksboro
