I just joined, just like you! Apparently we are the site's first few members. I added an application -- "Status" -- so that we can all write general short messages to the group, kind of like Twitter.
If you want to add it too, look under "Add Applications" on your "My Page" right under your photo, then add the application "Status" (should be on the second page). Let me know if you add anything else. I'd like to know the group-type applications others add.
Some of us are also adding the ParaChat app so we can talk in real time. It's on page 6 of the applications.
Be sure to check out the groups by state or interest and join any that interest you. Also, please feel free to start any group you want, including a new state group.
