What about along the beach somewhere? Might be too far for some people -- but at least it would be cool! (relatively)

Inks Lake state park is a wonderful park. Lots of great places to swim if you get to hot.
But it is a very popular park. It might already be booked for the summer.

Hi
got that right about no cool place in Texas in August
I Live just outside of San Antonio and it has been
100Deg here for 3 days now I need to put new TVs in
motor mome so i can get digital signals but
it is too darn hot.Have to do it at night I guess.
Coast might be a little cooler but windy Storm season too

Hi all
Nobody has put a post on here in a while about campout
I am planing to spend Aug.14,15,&16 at Inks Lake
Yea it will still be hot I have older motor home
with good a/c.Would like to meet other campers as I am
retired now and plan on doing a lot of camping and
fishing as soon as boat is ready.
