I see a lot of Northern Cali spots..how about southern??? I am looking for a good spot to go for my birthday in April...any good hot springs around?

I grew up in So. California. I've hiked 3 of the highest peeks and camped all over. It is hard to pick one as a favorite. The only places I have camped in Cali. in the last 24 years is Azusa Canyon, and Pismo Beach.

there are a lot of great places to camp in so. Cal. San Gabriel Canyon, Big Bear, Mt. Baldy, San Gorgonio, San Onofre State Beach.
